The People of Praise is a lay-led, ecumenical, covenant community with 21 branches across the US, in Canada and the Caribbean. Our members attend different churches but we don't let denominational differences divide us. Formed in 1983, the Tampa branch is rooted in the Charismatic Renewal and Cursillo movements. We currently have about 40 adult members and 20 children and building God's kingdom continues to be the essential element of our life together.
