Foundations of Personal Prayer is a program of exercises that provides a helpful tool for spiritual growth through personal prayer. Individuals complete the recommended scriptural prayer exercises on their own on a daily basis. They also keep a journal of their experiences. The members meet weekly as a group to discuss and reflect upon these experiences. Each group is facilitated by a trained lay person.
